I’ve always been fascinated by what it means to live fully alive. My journey began on the ski trails as an elite cross-country racer, where I first discovered the power of mindset, mantras, and possibility. Sport taught me discipline and drive, but it also led me into the shadows—burnout, depression, injury, and eating disorders at a young age. That unraveling became a turning point: I realized that true healing wasn’t going to be found only in Western medicine, but in the deeper wisdom of the body, energy, and spirit.

So I followed that call. I trained as a yoga and classical Pilates teacher, dove into somatic and energy practices, and became a biodynamic craniosacral therapist and medical intuitive. Those years awakened me to the living truth that the body is not just physical matter—it is energy, resonance, and connection. It is alive with Spirit.

Then came a new calling: to bring this understanding into medicine. I trained in rural family medicine and worked across BC in emergency rooms, clinics, and hospitals, walking with people through birth, crisis, death, and everything in between. Those experiences opened my heart even wider—to the courage of the human spirit, the rawness of suffering, and the beauty of resilience.

Today, my life’s work is weaving it all together—the clarity of science and medicine with the mystery of energy and soul. As a certified intuitive coach, somatic facilitator, and physician, I guide people into the roots of their illness, their patterns, and their pain—not to fix them, but to awaken them into a new experience of freedom, wholeness, and aliveness. My passion is helping people remember that they are more than a body, more than a diagnosis, more than their story—they are connected, luminous beings with infinite capacity for healing and transformation.

I believe in the magic that happens when we meet life at the level of spirit—whether we call it God, Source, or the great Mystery. That’s where breakthroughs happen. That’s where joy, clarity, and possibility are born. And that is the place I love to guide people toward: the place where life feels alive again.
